By using Lingeva, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Lingeva. Users under 18 require parental consent.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our 14-day money-back guarantee.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share your account, harass other users, record classes without permission, or use the platform for illegal activities.

5. Intellectual property

Lingeva owns the platform. Teachers own their teaching materials. Students own their submitted work.
